NRG Heel, Inc. offers heel lifts in various sizes and thicknesses to address your specific needs. Both sizes, ladies (narrow) and mens (standard), come in 3, 5, 7, 9, and 12mm thicknesses. They can be stacked to attain a final depth. Sizes 3,5,7,9 in mens or womens are $10.25 each, Size 12 in mens or womens are $13.20 each.
